As a Finance Process Champion, you'll be at the heart of optimizing our financial operations. You'll assess the payment process from end to end, identifying inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions. Additionally, you'll take the reins of our procurement function, ensuring sound supplier management and risk mitigation. We’re not just looking for someone to follow instructions; we need a proactive individual who can anticipate challenges and drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Payment Process: Review the entire payment lifecycle, from invoice processing to disbursement. Implement automation tools to streamline operations and reduce errors.
- Procurement: Administer the procurement process, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations. Conduct supplier risk assessments to safeguard the business.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance department. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Team Player: Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting colleagues as needed.
- Finance functions: Support other finance functions on a day-to-day basis where required. Learning through ground work is fundamental to knowing the business and its operations.
Job Requirements
- A solid foundation: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is essential.
- Real-world experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the finance department, with at least 3 years in managing payment processes and procurement is a must. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of streamlining operations and driving efficiency.
- A passion for process improvement: You're not just a number cruncher; you're a process architect. We need someone who can spot inefficiencies and follow through to implement innovative solutions.

- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in relevant financial systems and software is essential for staying ahead of the curve. Hands-on experience with SAP Hana, Concur will be highly valued.
