Currently hiring a hands-on and driven talent with strong Management Reporting and Financial Reporting experience to oversee a regional portfolio. Good understanding of accounting standards (IFRS) and proven team leadership experience required.
Prior Big 4 background, along with Financial & Management reporting experience in the commercial sector will be essential.
Budget
S$7,500 – S$8,500 per month + Bonus
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy and CA/CPA qualified, good understanding of IFRS
- Prior Big 4 background is a strong plus
- Must have strong experience in Management Reporting and Financial Reporting in the commercial sector
- Proficient in Excel, as current processes are manual
- Ability to work longer hours as the company is embarking on improvement projects and automation initiatives to enhance current processes
- Must have strong team leadership experience

Job Scope
As the Accounting Manager, you will manage a team of around 5 staff and oversee a regional portfolio in accounting and reporting. You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly P&L statements, ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting to management, preparation of actual vs flash variance analysis, balance sheet schedules relating to cost provisions, unbilled revenue, prepayments, as well as driving the preparation for annual budget and quarterly forecast. You will business partner closely with Division Leads and Senior Management, drive value-added analysis to provide in-dept business insights and enable stakeholders to understand performance drivers in greater depth.
