Responsibilities:
e-Commerce Sales & Marketing:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of e-commerce sales and marketing campaigns
- Working closely with RM / KAM of respective platforms to drive brand awareness and sales
- Up keeping of products on across all e-Commerce sites including but not limited to the product description, status, price and images.
- Manages inventory across platforms
- Report and analyse eCommerce KPIs (Sales, conversion rate, traffic etc) and activities for all assigned accounts.
e-Commerce Operations:
- Prompt customer service to ensure chat performance and customer satisfaction are met
- Working closely with the fulfilment to ensure orders are fulfilled timely and SLA are met
Cross-functional Team Collaboration:
- Working closely with the marketing team to conceptualize marketing initiative
- Support the marketing team in ensuring all the campaigns are being communicated to our targeted audience via the social platforms (but not limited to.)
- Support the Finance team in timely documentation of all online sales, purchase order, purchase requisition form and invoices order into system
- Work closely with the Design team to ensure all images required are accurately produced
Requirement:
- At least 1-2 years working experience in relevant industry
- Excellent organization skills
- Able to work under tight schedule and deadlines
- Meticulous
- Good written and strong communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for Senior Executive position.
