Key Responsibilities:
Showroom Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive showroom traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage showroom staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and product launches.
- Ensure showroom displays and product placements are aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to provide insights for marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of related working experience preferred
- Possess great problem solving skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work as a team as well as independantly
