They are seeking a talented and experienced Trade Product Manager to join the dynamic team and drive the development and enhancement of the trade and online banking products.
Job Description:
As the Trade Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and updating trade and corporate online banking products. You will work directly with key stakeholders, including Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, to ensure that the bank's products meet local regulatory and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development & Maintenance: Oversee the development and timely updates of trade product programs and corporate online banking products, ensuring compliance with local regulations and legal standards.
- Policy & Procedure Management: Implement and update Policies & Procedures (P&P) for new product launches and existing product updates.
- Commercialization Strategy: Develop and execute commercialization strategies for global product launches, including regulatory clearance, internal and external communications, and marketing collateral.
- Customer Insights: Analyze customer behaviors, identify pain points, and explore cross-sell opportunities to streamline product processes and procedures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Front Office, IT, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to define product requirements and enhance customer service for corporate clients.
- P&L Management: Take responsibility for the P&L and product usage volume, assisting Relationship Managers in identifying profit-increasing opportunities.
- Management Controls: Ensure ongoing adherence to product programs and Group product standards through effective management controls.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Products or online banking product development.
- Skills: Proficient in drafting product programs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and business requirements.
- Education: Degree qualified in a relevant field.
