You will be responsible to execute communications activities.
Key Duties
Social Media
- Plan and execute social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) including photography, videography, copywriting and design
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments promptly
- Design EDM, social media graphics, posters, advertisements etc
- Assist in the planning and coordination of outreach initiatives and direct marketing efforts to raise awareness of KDF services in the community
- Update KDF website
Communications
- Content generation (i.e. event write up, patient interviews and feature story, etc.)
- Handle publicity and marketing aspects of the event
- Curating of newsletter content, pamphlet, promotional materials, corporate publications
- Internal communications support such as design of email banner/posters etc
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field with preferably working experience in healthcare or related industries
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing and comms and social media marketing
- Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and social media best practices
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams
- Good copy writing skills, meticulous, possess good project management skills
- Creative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
- Well verse in English and Chinese
