Job Description
- Updating and maintenance of customers and vendors database
- Manage purchase requisition of materials for projects fulfilment
- Manage invoicing and follow up on payments by customers
- Manage delivery schedule of projects
- Prepare monthly sales reports
- Manage documentation of sales contracts and agreements
- Assist sales team in preparation of quotations for customers
- Provide supervision to Bizlink beneficiaries in administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Nitec in Office Skills / GCE O Levels / Diploma
- Proficient in MS Office
- Meticulous and detailed
