Job Responsibilities
- External / internal raw material planning in MRP for the polymers volume
- Ensure Internal Feedstock (PC) availability at container yard for our consumption for timely transfer to tolling plant warehouse
- Coordinate with Procurement for External raw material availability on time
- Coordinate with Logistics for the RM receiving and movement to the SHPP location for production requirement
- Work with FG planner in time of constraint/RM delay to pull in/push out production and manage customer expectation on MAD
- RUI update and discussion within the region on risk to be mitigated, for example by pushing out supply or material sharing
- R&O (Risk and Opportunity) approval based on RM availability
- Manage internal Feedstock (PC) availability for tolling plant usage
- Maintain DOI at Container yard/ Tolling site
- Inventory reconciliation
- Manage and minimize D&D (detention and demurrage) spent by managing inventory level and % consumption patterns between bulk and bag packaging
- Support FG planner to release process orders to tolling plant
- Prepare and share the STO report
- Prepare & monitor the aged RM inventory report
- Prepare RM requirement report based on production schedule for next 2-3 weeks
- Coordinate with Logistics for the RM receiving and movement to the company location for production requirement
- Work with FG planner in time of constraint/RM delay to pull in/push out production and manage customer expectation on MAD
Job Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Degree with min. 3 years of related experience
- Proficient in SAP
- Possess good communication skills and able to work with different stakeholders
- Team work oriented
