- Working Hours:Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 3:00pm, inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break (may be deployed for extended hours on some days)
No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Service is not required on a regular basis during School Holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Kitchen Duties
- Maintain general cleanliness of food lab equipment, table tops, floors, and sinks.
- Ensure upkeep of kitchen facilities and equipment, including hot water dispensers, refrigerators, ovens, stoves, and other appliances.
- Check and maintain placement of tools and utensils.
- Manage food in kitchen fridges and storage containers; notify Food Lab Manager or NFS Unit coordinator of low stock.
- Prepare raw materials for classes (e.g., cutting meat/fish, portioning ingredients).
- Regularly check and organize utensils and cookware in individual kitchen tops and workstations.
- Weekly / Monthly / Termly Kitchen Duties
- Assist in maintaining signs (safety and miscellaneous) and posters in kitchens.
- Assist with termly stock-take of equipment and utensils as directed.
- Label and clean tabletops, shelves, and equipment bi-annually during test/exam periods or holidays.
- Perform termly checks on perishables in fridges and storage containers.
- Additional Duties
- Support afternoon cooking programs in the food labs.
- Assist with school-based activities involving the use of food labs.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields (culinary, food preparation, etc.).
- Experience in store management and organization.
Qualifications
- Basic certifications related to food preparation and food safety.
- Proficient in English for verbal and written communicatio
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Good interpersonal skills for working with staff and students.
