We want to reduce e-waste through education and collaboration with government, education institutions, information & communication technology industry, tech community, partners, retailers and enterprises. Products Management
● Work on sales strategies across different platforms - Lazada, Shopee, Carousell and our
own shopify.
● Prepare products for sales, including photo taking/cleaning/watermark and specification
management.
● Manage and update selling prices with the sales team.
● Post products for sale on various platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, Carousell &
company eCommerce portal.
● Work closely with the operation manager and designer for promotions and publication on
eCommerce platforms and social media.
e-Sales & e-Inventory Management (Shopify)
● Manage SLA of pre- and post-sale enquiries via email, phone calls, WhatsApp and social
media platforms to ensure timely & friendly replies, for all myhalo products, sales, trade in,
repair. Replies are supported by the sales team and customer service team.
● Prepare sale invoices on the business system.
● Manage sales receivable by checking eCommerce platforms settlement and payment
gateway settlement
● Manage Reviews Sales & Trade-in customer experience (current 4.8 stars on Google) so
that it is inline with our brand.
● Check stock availability daily and remove products from eCommerce platforms if sold
● Arrange product delivery after sale
● Ensure delivery SLA Timelines are met
● Work closely with the team to provide excellent customer trade-in and sales experience from
Offline-to-Online and Online-to-offline (O2O) platforms
Shopify Management & Marketing Automation (Training provided and supported by
external consulting team)
● Coordinate to work with Marketing automation and SEO team
● Management of Voucher Codes for Omni-channel programs through Shopify
● Configuration of Active Campaign for Marketing Automation
Others
● Maintenance and updating of Linktree and updating of campaigns on linktree
● Maintenance and updating of campaigns for in-shop Kiosk through website and physical
access.
● Updating opening hours on website / Google, assisted by web developer team.
● Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate marketing campaigns.
Reports
● Prepare Weekly Sales enquiry and performance reports, SLA report, Revenue report and
Product posting report.
● Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
