- Mon - Fri, office working hours
- $3,000 - $4,000
Main responsibilities include but not limited to following:
- Provide administrative support
- Perform receptionist duties and attend to guests
- Coordinating appointments
- Take part in planning and execution of company events
- Manager utilization of office staioneries and assets
- Attend to local/overseas couriers and mails
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
- Ensure cleanliness and office facilities
- Perform HR tasks and ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level/ Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
