Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth for mobile apps/games.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across various channels including social media, search, and display networks.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to inform decision-making and optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify and implement the most effective acquisition tactics.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with external partners and ad networks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging acquisition channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in user acquisition or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with analytics and marketing tools. (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
