Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subsidiary(s) to create A&P collaterals.
- Propose and design concept that align across various brands.
- Manage and update existing marketing materials.
- Coordinate and manage design production process with vendors when required.
- Plan the social media calendar, discuss and create content for social media platform.
- Assist in executing events related publicity materials, including but not limited to posters, banners, displays, social media content, exhibition board.
- Other ad-hoc event support and administrative duties when required.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in visual communication/graphic design with at least 1 year working experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, words, excel) and Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
- Good and outgoing team plater who is able to work independently.
- Resourceful and pro-active in problem-solving
- Able to communicate and write in both English and Mandarin, to be able to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
- Willingness to learn
- May required to work on weekends when required
