Your new role
- Diary management, including organizing internal or external meetings
- Coordinating on-boarding and off-boarding work
- Providing support including request handling for application access and obtaining necessary approval for business activities
- Recording client meeting in Compass, registering event in Global Event Management System for client and creating road show for business traveler
- Preparing supporting document for Travel and Expenses reimbursement report and follow up action
- Booking and providing necessary arrangements and documents for business travel
- Managing Office supplies
- Providing ad hoc administrative support
What you'll need to succeed
- Have experience working in financial services sector as an executive assistant, secretary or relevant job scope
- Managed at least 10 headcount or more for front office and/or bankers
