Job Summary
The Account Management Specialist will be based in Singapore and accountable for end-to-end order fulfilment and customer service support. He/she will be responsible for new item/customer creation, fulfilling orders and managing client accounts within Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and follow up new item creation/customer creation in system.
- Process sales and manage orders for SEA countries and ROA using Oracle system.
- Provides commercial team timely and accurate information about shipment forecast.
- Liaise with warehouse/factories and forwarders to arrange local and export shipment.
- Issues invoices and necessary shipping documents for shipments
- Review LC draft, prepare and collate documents from various factories for LC presentation.
- Coordinate with related parties on non-warranty claims.
- Communicate and provide timely responses between customer, sales, operation, and factory etc.
- Liaise with supply planning team to ensure product availability in warehouse for order fulfilment.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Admin/Supply Chain Management or related fields.
