Job Description
· Record daily financial transaction;
· Prepare payment for daily office expenses;
· Perform general journal entry into accounting system;
· Handling full set of account and prepare month end closing, financial and management reports and analysis;
· Prepare and review financial statements;
· Prepare GST submission record;
· Perform bank reconciliations;
· Preparing accounts/audit schedule;
· Managed fixed assets register;
· Assist in year-end financial and internal audits;
· Assist in budgeting & forecasting;
· Ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of Internal Control System of the company;
· Any ad-hoc accounting functions assigned by the management.
Requirement
- Possess Diploma in Accounting or at least 5 years of relevant experience in accounts.
- Prefer with full sets of account experience.
- Strong in communication skills.
- Able to meet tight deadline with minimum supervision.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
