Role Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Schedule and manage appointments for gym sessions, physiotherapy, and Pilates classes
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and the gym
- Assist with membership sign-ups and provide information about club services and offerings
- Process payments and manage membership records
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth operation of club activities
- Address and resolve member concerns and issues promptly
- Uphold Arctic Fitness’s standards of excellence and contribute to a positive club environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude and a passion for health and wellness
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
