Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 5.30pm
Lunch hour – 1 hr lunch

Job Responsibilities
To assist with the ongoing digitalisation efforts to transform the agency’s operations and processes by digitizing documents, records, and data.
• Perform scanning and digitizing of physical documents, files, and records into electronic formats.
• Organise and categorise digital files in a systemic manner for easy reference and retrieval.
• Assist in data entry tasks to ensure accurate input of information into digital systems.
• Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy and integrity of digitised files.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritise documents for digital conversion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues related to digitisation equipment and software.
• Maintain confidentiality and security sensitive information during the digitisation process.
• Maintain and organise storage area to facilitate efficient digitalisation workflows.
• Perform any other general administrative and logistical support as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Min 5 ‘O’ level passes/Nitec
- $1,955 max for A levels / Higher Nitec
- $1,845 max for Nitec
- $1,801 max for O levels
• A detail-oriented person.
• Possess a positive and willing to learn attitude.
• Basic knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
• Able to work both independently as well as a team player.
