Personal Assistant

Adonis International Pte Ltd

Job Description:

  • Handle the director's daily affairs arrangements, including travel arrangement and schedule, meeting arrangements, document processing, personal errands and administrative tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Handle case trust matters including spa insurance, massage license (police licensing)
  • Properties management such as rental/sales/renewal of tenancy agreement
  • Trademarks registration and renewal
  • Able to liaise with the contractor / supplier
  • Responsible for administrations, write reports, meeting minutes & etc
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and high level of confidentiality.


Job Requirements.

  • Independence and initiative.
  • Meticulous and detail oriented.
  • Resourceful.
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have good writing skills
