Job Description:
- Handle the director's daily affairs arrangements, including travel arrangement and schedule, meeting arrangements, document processing, personal errands and administrative tasks.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle case trust matters including spa insurance, massage license (police licensing)
- Properties management such as rental/sales/renewal of tenancy agreement
- Trademarks registration and renewal
- Able to liaise with the contractor / supplier
- Responsible for administrations, write reports, meeting minutes & etc
- Handle confidential information with discretion and high level of confidentiality.
