We are a Plumbing and Sanitary Company looking for an Administrative Assistant to handle the Tender/Project Administration.
Job Description/Requirement
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently, be meticulous, a good team player.
- Competent in reading and understanding drawings.
- Competent in preparing tender/quotation submissions.
- Competent in performing all tender activities necessary for the procurement of new projects.
- Assist in sourcing and obtaining quotations from subcontractors/suppliers for tenders & projects.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cost calculations and reporting.
- Prepare Variation Orders.
- 5.5 days work week.
