Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage financial chargebacks for various in-house products and infrastructure.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
- Monitor overall chargeback progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion and adherence to agreed targets.
- Monitor the monthly product usage tracker and track allocation versus procured licenses/infrastructure.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize chargeback risks.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage project documentation, including financial records, contracts, and agreements.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in project management, project delivery, or PMO.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in project management software and financial analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
