Job Summary
To assist Steward Supervisor in daily stewarding operations. To maintain cleanliness of the kitchen & equipment and ensure proper hygiene standards are met. To provide a high standard of work performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out general cleaning and maintain cleanliness in the workplace
- To assist in Bistro/Banquet during peak hours/events
- Assist in inventory and stock-taking
- To assist in the set-up of Banquet, ensure all necessary equipment/requirements are in place/order for usage
- Any other duties/responsibilities and projects as assigned by Supervisor
- Ensure the highest standard of hygiene is maintained in alignment with the Company’s service and hygiene standards
- Handle and dispose waste according to standard procedures, instructions and cleaning industry standards
- Comply with performance standards as well as workplace safety and health policy and procedures
Requirements
- Physical strength and fitness required for manual work
- Willing to do shift work and work on weekends and Public Holidays
- At least 1 year of experience in Dishwashing using machinery
- Proactive, meticulous and able to perform multi-tasks
- Due to quota limitations, position is only opened to Singaporean/PR only
