Job Description:
- Ensure full compliance with VIVA Finance Manual
- Maintain Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
- Handle Full Set of Accounts
- Responsible for Annual report and filing of statutory obligations, including GST reporting, payments, IRAS reporting
- Prepare Month-end Financial Reports, including Treasury reports and its execution, as well as Management reports
- Liaise with External Auditors and VIVA board memebrs (Finance and Audit) for accounts review
- Management of funds and bank accounts
- Responsible for Annual budget with tracking
- Tracking of VIVA's inventory and assets
- Ensure proper records of all donors and issue receipts accordingly
- Manage website and platform for collection of donations
- Responsible for Payroll, staff leave and insurance
- Ensure accounting compliance and governance
- Set up SOP for all accounting functions
- Any other accounts-related functions as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or Finance or ACCA or equivalent
• 5-years relevant experience with a well-established accounting firm would be an advantage
• Knowledge in using Quickbook
• Experience in working in Charity organisation will be an advantage
• Good commercial acumen
• Analytical mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
