Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain a full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports in compliance with accounting standards.
- Handle tax-related matters, including GST submission and corporate tax filing.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
- Support financial audits and internal reviews to ensure compliance.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience handling a full set of accounts.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
