Responsibilities:-
- Answer phone calls
- Perform general administration, filling of documents and account work
- To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
- Operations, co-ordination and follow up with suppliers
- Ensure the maintenance of proper filing, correspondences and records
Requirements:-
- 5.5 days work week
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- PC literate in MS Office
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Process effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail
- Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
