Job Description:
* Process orders from whatsapp, online and telephone.
* Issue invoices and delivery orders.
* Collate orders and send to supplier.
* Attend to incoming calls and emails.
* General admin support including updating, filing and printing.
* Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Words and Outlook).
* Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking clients.
* Singapores or PR ONLY.
* Part time of 4 - 5 hours (afternoon)
* Rate per hour S$12.50
* 5 days work week.
