The hiring company is a well-established technology & infrastructure firm that powers the technology for some of the largest MNCs and famous brand names. In the midst of strengthening their business teams, they are actively hiring for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Group Finance team.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements. Identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Assist in internal and external audits.
- Business partnering and work closely with other departments to gather financial information and provide financial insights that support business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
- At least 8 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role. Experience in the tech industry (IT hardware/IT services) is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial issues.
- Strong sense of accountability with a strong team-oriented mindset.
