- Provide Corporate Secretarial and administrative support.
- Assist in full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation, strike-off, preparation of director’s/shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by both the clients.
- Update and maintain statutory registers and records.
- Annual Return Filing.
- Work passes related matters; application of work passes and appeal.
- Prepare and lodge documents with ACRA, MOM, IRAS, and other statutory bodies as required.
- Perform KYC (Know your client) and Due Diligence checking for new and onboarding clients.
- Support in client onboarding and servicing
Requirements
- Minimum A Level or Diploma.
- Any relevant experience and knowledge of Corporate Secretarial function will be a great advantage but inexperienced candidates with relevant certificates are welcomed as well.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication skills. Self-starter individual with the ability to use his/her own initiative to achieve results.
- Commitment to quality in performing required tasks in a timely manner.
- Positive attitude, detail-minded, and organized.
