Your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Primary Responsibilities
· Oversee daily operations of the Hotel.
· Set goals and objectives for the hotel's growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction through monitoring and analysing business trends, marketing opportunities and guests’ feedback.
· Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve targeted revenues, cost efficiency, productivity and operating profit.
· Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction and address guest complaints and feedback promptly.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to focus on driving operational excellence to maximise productivity and minimize costs. Identify and analyse operational challenges and facilitate the development of solutions to prevent re-occurrences.
· Champion a culture of exceptional guest service and expectations through excellent service standards and training programs to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty.
· Build and maintain positive networks and relationships with external stakeholders like SHA, STB, SNEF, MOM, etc.
· Provide guidance and direction to the sales and revenue team and ensure that the team is continually motivated to meet revenue targets.
Secondary Responsibilities
· Ensure adherence to quality standards, health and safety regulations and legal requirements.
· Ensure employees are treated fairly and equitably.
· Represent the hotel in public forums, industry events, and media interactions.
Requirements:
· Recognised degree in hospitality management or equivalent.
· Minimum 8 to 10 years in managing a five-star hotel with a successful track record of delivering quality service and achieving superior revenue and profit.
· Strong contacts within the hospitality, tourism and corporate sectors.
· Solid hotel management and food & beverage background
· A creative and innovative thinker
· Able to exemplify leadership qualities
· Upholds the Hotel’s core values at all times.
· Able to work independently and a good team player.
· Able to commence work within short notice would be advantageous.
