Sample responsibilities for this position include:
The entire management of the body shop, you are responsible for production, quality, engineering, maintenance and delivery
You will manage the production planning, delivering a safe working environment, ensuring quality standards, timely delivery and cost management
You will also develop and implement standardised lean manufacturing processes, support Kaizen and improvement activities
Leading complex problem solving initiatives within the body shop and support other use of technologies is also important
Set up and manage the body maintenance team and manage maintenance programs
Being responsible for the creation and update of engineering processes, leading from the front on complex problem solving initiatives within the body shop
Penetrate our account base at all levels and develop strong relationships for opportunities in a technical sales arena
Manage and direct the Manufacturer’s Reps
Ensure adequate spare parts, tools, machines, and supplies are available
Be the technical authority for integration of the AA-2 Crew module and Separation Ring
