LinkedIn is looking for a Manager of Business Strategy & Operations to lead go-to-market strategy and operations on the international Business Operations team focused on LinkedIn Talent Solutions. In this role, you will lead a team and partner with senior leaders across the go-to-market organization (both regional and global leaders), across Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, FP&A, Pricing. This role requires strong leadership with solid business experience backed by both intuition and data.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of general work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting/ strategy consulting or strategy & operations
  • 1+ years of team management/ mentoring/ coaching experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degrees
  • Experience in B2B SaaS businesses and/or in the tech/ digital space
  • Experience driving GTM strategy
  • Structured thinking: Ability to structure and analyze problems effectively to develop the team’s thinking, facilitate alignment on key strategic decisions among various stakeholders, and identify 80/20 opportunities to reach insightful, implementable, and impactful answers.
  • Strong leadership skills: Track record of leading a team of direct reports and cross-functional partners
  • Senior stakeholder management experience: Able to have a strong, independent voice to push teams’ thinking while able to build trust-based relationships across the company to drive alignment
  • Excellent communication skills: Need solid written and verbal communications skills and presence to be able to facilitate discussions and communicate insights with senior-level leaders
  • High-energy, team-first, positive attitude: Must be motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment
