Shipping / Logistics Executive

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Shipping & logistic Executive is responsible in managing shipments and providing shipping details to clients, in a timely manner, to ensure clients’ logistic teams are informed and able to do the necessary custom clearances on time.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To coordinate the shipments with procurement team and appointed forwarders.
2. To prepare and manage shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs documentation. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. To send the shipping documents on-time to the oversea logistic teams for custom clearances.
4. Create standard work process related to job function to ensure sustainability and efficiency.
5. Other ad-hoc jobs related to shipping and administration.
6. Ensure KPI target is achieved.
7. Adheres company’s guidelines with regards to Safety and Quality.
8. Complies to Company Code of Business Conduct.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education : Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, logistics or equivalent.
2. Experience : Minimum 2 years of proven and Solid years of work experience in the same field and similar industries.
3. Software/Hardware : Knowledge on MS Office, ERP system.
