- Responsible for running day-to-day operations
- Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff
- Creating and implementing strategies for business growth in South East Asia
- Hiring new staff within a department or business unit
- Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients
- Working closely with account managers and other senior staff to retain clients
- Developing new solutions to meet client needs
- Improving internal processes for better productivity
- Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports
- Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of the business unit
- Attract, mentor, coach and develop team members in support of organizational excellence
- Liase with China Headquarter on overall company policies, business strategies and reportings.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree, MBA is a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in managing business of at least S$10 million revenue per year
• Good at cross-function communications at all levels and able to work effectively in a matrix organizational environment.
• Able to accurately forecast revenue, profitability, and margins
• Good communication skills both written and oral in English/Mandarin
