Job Descriptions:
- Working closely with Sales, new/existing customers, Production & QC to process local & export orders.
- Address and resolve order discrepancies or operational issues, ensuring accuracy & timeliness in order fulfilment.
- Negotiate best freight rates, arrange freight bookings and transportation, timely follow-up and monitor shipping activities.
- Prepare the full sets of shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, insurance policy and other required document).
- Handle inquiries, requests, complaints, and dispute from customers and/or shipping lines and shipment-related internal communication.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency, process improvements and cost saving within the supply chain.
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma related to Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant hands-on working experience.
- Well versed in import & export shipping/logistics documentation, international trade terms and Singapore Customs Regulations and Procedures.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and knowledge in SAP, WMS & Tradenet.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic individual capable to multi-task under fast-paced environment.
