My client is a MNC company in FMCG industry seeking a Business Development Executive in order to expand their market share and drive growth in key regions
Job Descriptions:
- Achieve sales targets and drive growth in assigned product categories.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers and business partners.
- Identify opportunities for product upgrades and portfolio expansion.
- Coordinate with operations and merchandising teams for timely execution of activities.
- Expand product presence to support sales objectives.
- Plan and execute business delegation visits, managing logistics and meetings with key stakeholders.
- Support new product launches and business proposal development.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence on trends and developments.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support business objectives.
Requirement:
- At least Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of business development experience, preferably in CPG products or the FMCG industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly initiative-driven.
- Independent and mature with the ability to manage challenging situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders as well as English-speaking stakeholders
