E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Strategy
- E-commerce Planning: Develop, propose and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and market share expansion
- Digital Marketing: Plan and prepare full spectrum digital marketing calendar including content and strategies
- Define KPIs for marketing campaigns
- Evaluate and communicate competitor presence and activities on offline & online mediums
- Produce collateral designs to execute marketing campaign
Analytics and Reporting
- Analyze key performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention rate
- Analyse customers data to identify the market trends and opportunities to increase sales
- Lead the digital analytics, marketing campaign performance and engagement metrics to produce report for management
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communication or a related discipline
- 3 years working experience in related position
- Experience in E-commerce and digital marketing is a must
- Innovative and demonstrate ability to generate new ideas
- Proficient in utilizing Canva or photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
