My client is a prestigious law firm seeking a Client Account Executive to manage the accounting services provided to their clients. Target market is within finance industry.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
- Liaising with clients on documents required for bookkeeping.
- Compilation and preparation of financial statements.
- Preparation of XBRL for annual return filing to ACRA.
Payroll:
- Preparation of monthly payslips.
- Submission of CPF.
- Submission of Make-up claim for NSMen.
- Preparation of IR8A.
- Submission of Occupational Employment Dataset (OED).
Corporate Tax:
- Estimated chargeable income filing.
- Preparation of corporate tax computation.
- Filing of corporate tax return to IRAS.
Personal Tax:
- Preparation of personal income tax computation.
- Filing of income tax return to IRAS.
MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore):
- Preparation of annual declaration and filing to MAS.
- Attending MAS officer’s queries when necessary.
Others:
- Handling other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Relevant experiences in managing outsource accounts
- Relevant experiences in compilation of financial statement is highly preferred.
- Strong command of both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders as well as English-speaking stakeholders
