We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Director to oversee our Maintenance & Services division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance & repairs, pump systems, and building servicing management. As a Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies, ensuring the efficient operation of building systems, and leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
- Lead and manage the Maintenance & Services division, ensuring all operations are conducted efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with the company’s goals and client expectations.
- Manage the maintenance and operation of pump systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Supervise servicing management, including routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in maintenance and servicing.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. Or minimum Diploma in Enginering related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in pump maintenance & repairs, building facilities, and with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing pump systems and overseeing maintenance & servicing management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
