Job Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday HCM modules, addressing user issues and resolving system problems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth functioning of Workday applications.
- Perform regular system maintenance activities, including updates and patches.
- Configure Workday HCM modules to meet business requirements and optimize system performance.
- Implement and manage business processes, security, and reporting configurations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance and improve Workday HCM functionalities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, helping them to effectively use Workday HCM applications.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas can be an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Workday HCM Consultant or in a similar role.
- Experience with Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Experience with Workday implementation and post-implementation support.
- Proficiency in Workday configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
- Experience with Workday integration tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with HR processes and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
