Job Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Design SAP solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
- Configure SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, HCM) to meet the specifications.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and comply with industry standards.
- Lead or participate in SAP implementation projects, including new installations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Integrate SAP systems with other enterprise applications and external systems.
- Manage data migration processes and ensure data integrity.
- Develop test plans and conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify and resolve issues during the testing phase to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas can be an advantage.
- Proven experience as an SAP Consultant or in a similar role.
- Extensive experience with SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, HCM).
- Experience with SAP implementation projects, including full lifecycle implementations.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of SAP integration points with other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of ABAP programming and SAP development tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Cloud solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
