Key Responsibilities
- Overall Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project scope, timelines, and resources, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business and technical teams to manage relationships, scope changes, and expectations.
- Scope Management: Oversee changes to the project scope, ensuring approvals and managing impacts on timelines.
- Project Governance: Manage approvals, organize meetings, and ensure adherence to project guidelines.
- Risk and Issue Management: Track and mitigate risks, handle escalations, and manage related issues.
- Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with SDLC and timely delivery of project artifacts.
- Project Reporting: Measure and report progress, implement communication plans, and modify schedules as needed.
- Pre-project Planning: Manage initial project requirements and investment proposals.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate to define and transition requirements to technical teams.
- Solution Definition: Work with architects and analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Testing & Scope Management: Translate requirements into test scenarios, validate end products, and manage operational impacts.
- QR Management: Plan and manage quarterly release change requests.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- 10-15 years in progressive management roles, including large-scale project/programme management.
- Proven leadership across multiple sites/geographies.
- PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Strong vendor management and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets >$10 million.
- Executive-level communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Retail Banking, particularly in Operations and Contact Center projects.
