Position Summary
The job holder is responsible for supporting all warehouse operations under the supervision and direction of Operation Manager/Supervisor. The scope includes managing inventory, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, optimize warehouse layout and workflows, and supervise a team of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Support and oversee all warehouse activities for two business units including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Work cohesively with warehouse team to achieve performance targets and meet customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure all warehouse staff follow the standing safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and sales, to prepare necessary documentation as required by them to meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to track key performance indicators
- Prepares necessary documents such as delivery orders (DO) and ensures that the system is updated accordingly.
- Procure necessary items for warehouse operations, including petrol and pest control for both internal and export goods.
- Verify invoices in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) system.
- Oversee building maintenance activities to ensure a safe and functional warehouse environment.

Other Administrative matters
- Assists in annual external audit and internal audit support.
- Assist warehouse manager/supervisor in stock take activities.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience is EHS requirements will be a plus (EHS - Environment, Health & Safety
- SAP knowledge and application in Material Management module mandatory
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Strong team player, ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fundamental understanding of mechanical systems and machinery
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations
- Proficiency in SAP or similar warehouse management systems
- Proficient in MS Office applications
