  • Position: Sales/Finance Assistant
  • Working hours: 9 am to 5.30 pm (Flexi, WFH once a week after probation completion)
  • Working days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)
  • Locations: Kaki Bukit Avenue
  • Salary: $2,000 - $2,800 (depending on experience)

Finance
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all vendor invoices are correctly recorded and paid in a timely manner.
• Record and apply outgoing/incoming payments accurately into system.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
• Responsible for preparing and reimbursement of petty cash.
• Follow up outstanding accounts receivables.
• Assist in the preparation of GST input tax filings.
• Any ad hoc assignment that may assigned from time to time.

Sale Support
Responsibilities:

• Support Sale and project Team and coordinate sales-related activities within the organization (including Hong Kong, China and Philippines orders).
• Generate delivery orders and sales invoices.
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of shipping documents and invoices.
• Inform customers of any delays and arrange alternate delivery dates.
• Closely follow up and update customers on delivery dates.
• Prepare purchase orders to Suppliers.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with Suppliers to ensure timely delivery and collection of goods.
• Appoint and co-ordinate with freight forwarder to deliver goods to our warehouse.
• Co-ordinate with Logistic/Warehouse on delivery schedule.
• Handle email/phone enquiries.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Qualification / Requirement
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in accounting/logistics.
• Training will be provided.
• Attention to details and data accuracy.
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Basic knowledge on SAP BeOne system will be a plus.
• Able to start work within short notice period or immediately preferred
