Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including conversion rates, lead sources, and customer feedback.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align online sales efforts with promotional campaigns and special offers.
