Job Description
- Handle full set of accouts
- Inventory system maintenance
- Prepare monthly inventory reconciliations, bank reconsiliations, and intercompnay confirmations
- Prepare AR aging report and sales reports
- Handle tax compliance matters, including tax computation and GST reporting
- Liaises with external auditors and tax agents
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Fiance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related fields is required
- An independent team player, with a proactive personality
- Strong excel and database skill
- Knowledge in AutoCount accounting system will be advantageous
- Candidates with audit working experience are preferred
