Admin Operations Officer
Job Scope:
a) Frontline reception counter duties.
b) Preparation and verification of documents.
c) Maintaining and updating of data records.
d) Compilation, analysis of statistics.
e) Filing and other general admin duties.
f) Maintain lost and found records including tallying of the account.
g) Rendering of basic first aid assistance to students.
h) Adhoc duties/tasks assigned by the school
Working Hours:
a) Mondays to Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, ½ hr lunch break
b) Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Requirements:
a) GCE “O” Level.
b) Preferably first aid trained.
c) Competent in MS Office preferably advance user of Excel.
d) Preferably with customer service experience.
e) At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
f) Preferably with prior experience working in a Primary School.
Contract Period:
1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025 (with option to extend 1 year)
