Job Description & Requirements
- Issue purchase order to supplier and sub-contractor.
- · Update purchase order balance.
- · Provide forecast to supplier or sub-contractor.
- · Update store on daily supplier or sub-contractor incoming parts
- · Update weekly Mot schedule sharing for purchase planning.
- · Check P2 & store weekly stock for purchase planning & follow up.
- · Provide weekly inventory to Sales department for HP project parts.
- · Follow up supplier or sub-contractor shipment; expedite schedule, delay schedule etc.
- · Follow up on rejected parts from supplier.
- · Update SAP system for all transaction on raw parts and check monthly stock balance – physical versus system update.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Purchasing/Inventory/Material Management with 1 year relevant experience or “O” level with 3 years of relevant experience
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiar with order processing, SAP system and IT literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel
