5 & 6 Aug will be training at Raffles
7 Aug onwards will be stationed at the respective hospitals.
Working hours: Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays); 9am to 6pm
Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and tech-savvy individual to assist customers in signing up to a new Healthcare Insurance Industry Pilot (HIIP) platform. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will provide exceptional support and guidance to ensure a seamless registration process. You will also answer queries from customers related to this HIIP platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in in pilot hospitals in creating accounts and completing the sign up
- Troubleshoot common issues and resolve technical difficulties
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction in the onboarding process
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic familiarity with web-based platforms and different mobile OS
- Friendly, patient and empathetic approach
- Conversant in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts
- Minimum ‘O’ levels qualifications
- Need to walk around / stand for long hours
