Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, resellers, and distributors. Identify and onboard new partners to expand the network
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Training and Support: Provide training, support, and guidance to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
- · Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, events, and promotions with channel partners
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with channel partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing partner inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent post-sales support.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in IT, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Hubspot and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
