1)Job Summary:
Assists the Site Manager as a sub-con in managing specific works on construction site.
Must have M&E and RC in HDB or condo working experience.
2)Essential Job Functions:
The Senior building Supervisor is responsible, but not limited to the following:
Planning & Programming
-Plan construction sequence for various work trades of RC structure.
Quality
-coordinate and lead the inspection of works by Resident Engineer and /or cleck of works.
-Assist in implementing quality system on site
-follow up and monitor contractors QAQC issue for timely close out.
-ensure timely delivery of all construction material
-review daily reports from vendors and ensure all daily activities are properly recorded in the reports prior to circulation to Project Director/Manager.
Safety
-Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.
-Responsible for attendance to daily site coordination meeting and provide detail coordination with subcontractors.
3)Personality
-Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
4)Knowledge /Skills/Abilities:
-Good technical knowledge in current construction technologies.
-Good understanding of general construction methods and in areas of building and structural details; working drawings.
-Familiar with Ms, Primavera and other software to develop construction schedule.
-Time management skill with exceptional attention to detail and abiliity to manage particular tasks in charge.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to analyse and synthesize complex issues quickly
